Make Up Muffinsit

Hyvitykseksi synttäreiden unohduksesta tekaisin señor Lopezille Make-Up-muffinseja. Niistä tuli niin hyviä että laitan ohjeen tähän. Tyylilleni uskollisena käytin vain mitä kotona sattui olemaan.
Kaapista löytyi seuraavanlaisia tarvikkeita:

I made up these Make-Up-muffins for señor Lopez, just using whatever I found in the cupboard, as always, and voilà! they were so yummy that I want to share the recipe.
This is what I used:

n. 200 g voita / butter
n. 0.2 l sokeria / sugar
2 munaa / eggs
n. 0.2 l hasselpähkinää jauhettuna / ground hazelnut
n. 0.25 l jauhoja (laitoin puolet täysjyvä- ja puolet valkoisia) / flour (half white, half wholegrain)
n. 1 tl / teaspoon leivinjauhetta / baking powder
n. 0.15 l puolukkahilloa / lingonberry jam (from Ikea, or you can use cranberry jam as well)

- Vatkaa voi ja sokeri vaahdoksi. Lisää munat yksitellen. Sekoita kuivat aineet keskenään ja lisää sekoittaen taikinaan. Sekoita puolukkahillo lopuksi taikinaan. Se saa jopa jäädä kökköihin. Laita muffinsivuokiin. Paista n. 350 F tai n. 180 C noin 15 minuuttia. Tuli 12 muffinsia.

- Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one by one and mix. Mix all dry ingredients together and add them to the dough while mixing. In the end, add the jam. The final dough can be a bit lumpy with the berries. Spoon the dough into 12 baking cups or a muffin tray. Bake in 350 F / 180 C about 15 minutes.

Señor Lopezin kommentti muffinseista: Parhaita mitä olet ikinä tehnyt! Tämä on hänen vakiokommenttinsa kaikista leipomuksistani. Voihan olla että leipurinlahjani paranevat kerta kerralta. Tai sitten Senor Lopezilla on joko huono muisti tai uskomattomat imartelijan lahjat.

Señor Lopez's comment on the final product: These are the BEST you've ever made. But then again, he always says that which indicates that either he has a bad memory or he's an incurable flatterer. Or that my baking skills just get better every time...
